1. Mission Statement

Almansy Limo is committed to providing safe, reliable, luxurious, and timely transportation services

for airport transfers, corporate events, winery tours, weddings, parties, and more across Virginia,

Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Almansy Limo staff, drivers, customer service agents, administrative

personnel, and partners operating under or representing the company.

3. Code of Conduct

– Employees must maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and a respectful attitude toward all

customers and colleagues.

– Uniforms and appearance must be clean, neat, and professional at all times.

– Drivers must not engage in texting, drinking, or other distractions while operating a vehicle.

– Confidentiality must be maintained regarding client bookings and personal information.

4. Booking and Payment Policy

– All reservations must be confirmed via the website, phone, or authorized partners.

– A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

– Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

– A deposit may be required for specialty vehicles or large group events.

– Pricing may vary based on date, distance, duration, vehicle type, and service region.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

– Airport Transfers: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

– Events & Parties: Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

– No-shows or cancellations within the restricted timeframes are non-refundable.

– Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Driver Requirements

– All drivers must have a valid driver’s license, commercial driving credentials (if applicable), and a

clean driving record.

– Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory.

– Drivers must follow GPS, safety protocols, and client instructions professionally.

7. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness

– All vehicles are maintained regularly and inspected before each trip.

– Smoking is strictly prohibited in all company vehicles.

– Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized daily, and after every ride.

8. Client Behavior Policy

– Clients must behave respectfully toward drivers and equipment.

– Any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by clients may incur additional charges.

– Alcohol is permitted in designated vehicles only and must follow state laws.

– Illegal drugs or contraband are not permitted in any vehicle at any time.

9. Privacy & Data Policy

– Almansy Limo collects limited personal information (name, phone, address, card info) strictly for

service fulfillment.

– Data is securely stored and never sold to third parties.

– You may request to review or delete your data by contacting us via our website.

10. Service Limitations

– We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in the event of unsafe conditions, emergencies,

or policy violations.

– Delays caused by traffic or weather will be communicated promptly, but Almansy Limo is not

liable for losses caused by unforeseen delays.

12. Policy Enforcement

Violations of this policy by employees or contractors may result in disciplinary action, including

termination. Clients found in violation may be banned from future bookings.
