What is your policy regarding waiting time, and how are waiting time charges calculated?
If passengers arrive late to their scheduled pick-up, waiting time charges may apply. For most reservations, we offer a complimentary 15-minute grace period. For airport pick-ups, you receive 30 minutes of free waiting time after your domestic flight arrives and 45 minutes for international arrivals.
Once the free waiting time has passed, waiting charges are billed at the hourly rate for your booked vehicle. These charges also apply to any extra stops that exceed the initial complimentary 15 minutes.
Is smoking permitted inside your vehicles?
All of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If a passenger smokes inside the vehicle, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged, in addition to any costs for repairs related to smoking damage.
Is it possible to request a particular driver for my reservation?
Absolutely! We’re delighted when clients want to ride with a chauffeur they enjoyed before. If you’d like to request a specific driver for your next trip, just let our office staff know. If you don’t remember your chauffeur’s name, we’re happy to look it up for you.
